Potato Wedges
Better served with sour cream

We usually go out for lunch on Sundays, so I don’t really cook! I consider it my day off from the kitchen πŸ€—

Here, I will be sharing with you a very easy recipe. But that doesn’t make it any less tasty. This appetizer is great for any occasion be it a fancy dinner or when friends are coming over for a casual hangout.

β—‡ 4 large potatoes.
β—‡ 1/4 cup olive oil.
β—‡ Italian seasoning.
β—‡ Paprika.
β—‡ Oregano (one of my favorite ingredients).
β—‡ Thym powder.
β—‡ Garlic powder.
β—‡ Black pepper.
β—‡ Salt.
β—‡ 1 cup of grated Parmesan.

I won’t give you the quantities of the seasonings as it really depends on which flavor you prefer, but as an average you can add 1 tbsp of each.

β—‡ Cut the potatoes (but don’t peel, just wash) into wedges (know how in my story highlight).
β—‡ Put them in a mixing bowl and you can add all the ingredients above the potatoes one at a time and mix the potatoes with your bare hands until every piece is well covered with the seasoning. The smell should start to get to you πŸ€—
β—‡ Place them on a tray peel faced down (as seen in story highlight) and put them in the oven at 180Β°C for 35 to 40 mins or until well done.

As a side, you can add some sour cream (I will be sharing my easy recipe soon!!) There you have it πŸ‘©β€πŸ³
