Loaded Nachos
Better served with sour cream, salsa and guacamole

So yesterday’s night craving looked something like this! I prepared a loaded nachos platter for an unexpected gathering! And let me tell you: it was delicious 🤤

How did you get to spend your night?

◇ 200g of ground beef.
◇ 1 small onion (or half a medium sized onion).
◇ 2 tbsps olive oil.
◇ 1/2 tsp of sweet chili powder.
◇ 1/2 tsp of paprika.
◇ 1/2 tsp of cumin.
◇ 1/2 tsp of chili sauce.
◇ 1/2 tsp of salt.
◇ 1/2 tsp of pepper.
◇ 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
◇1 can chili beans, ranch style beans or cooked red beans.
◇1/2 a cup of hot water.
◇ Tortilla chips.
◇ 100g grated cheddar cheese.
◇ 100g grated mozarella cheese.

◇ Cut the onion into small pieces and fry it with olive oil.
◇ Add the ground beef and cook it until well done. Add all the seasonings one at a time and stir.
◇ Open the bean can and add it to the mixture. Stir then add the half cup of hot water and leave it to simmer for about 10 mins until the sauce is dense.

◇ In an oven-friendly tray, add as a first layer the tortilla chips, then pour some meat over it with its juice, and then add a layer of the mixed cheese. Repeat until you have 3 layers of each. (The topping should be cheese).
◇ Place it in the oven at 180°C for 10 mins.

As a side you can prepare guacamole, salsa and sour cream (recipes will be posted soon). There you have it 👩‍🍳
