Pasta Salad

Makes up for an entire meal.

Everytime I attend a child’s birthday, I can’t wait to get my hands on the “Pasta Salad”. Right?. So for this birthday it was a must for me to do itπŸ™Œ

Ingredients:
β—‡ Fusilli pasta.
β—‡ 1 iceburg lettuce.
β—‡ 1 canned sweet corn.
β—‡ 1 canned tuna.
β—‡ 1 cup of black sliced olives.
β—‡ 2 tomatoes.

For the dressing:
β—‡ 2 lemons.
β—‡ 1 cup of mayonnaise.
β—‡ 1 teaspoon of salt.
β—‡ 1/4 cup of olive oil.

Method:
β—‡ Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes (always check the box for more instructions). When done, drain down the water and pour over them cold drinking water. Leave them to cool.
β—‡ Slice the iceburg lettuce into small pieces (check my highlights stories).
β—‡ Slice the tomatoes into small pieces.
β—‡ Add the corn, tuna, olives and pasta. Mix all the ingredients together before adding the dressing.
β—‡ Add the dressing and mix them once again.

NB: if you are not serving the salad right away, put both the salad and the dressing in the fridge and mix them together right before serving it.
