Spinach & Yogurt! A must try.

When I was younger, I didn’t like spinach at all! Now that I’m older, I started looking for spinach recipes and found this one with yogurt (which I love) and it instantly became a hit within my family πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘Œ Did you ever try something as an adult that you thought you didn’t like and ended up loving it?

β—‡ 2 frozen bags of spinach.
β—‡ 200 g of ground beef.
β—‡ 1 onion.
β—‡ 2 garlic cloves.
β—‡ 1 beef stock cube.
β—‡ 1 tbsp of corriander.
β—‡ 1 tsp of salt.
β—‡ 1/2 tsp of pepper.
β—‡ Pinch of cinnamon powder.

For the yogurt:
β—‡ 1kg yogurt.
β—‡ 6 garlic cloves.
β—‡ 2 tbsps cornstarch.

β—‡ Fry the chopped onion with the ground beef (with its own fat), with the coriander and garlic until well done. Add all the seasoning and beef stock cube.
β—‡ Add the spinach to the mix and cover it with water (a little less than their surface, not more). Leave to boil on high temperature for 5 minutes and then on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
β—‡ On the side, add the minced garlic and cornstarch to the yogurt and mix them well.
β—‡ When the 15 mins are up, add the yogurt mix to the spinach and leave to boil for 5 minutes (pan uncovered and on low heat).
β—‡ You can always fry some pine seeds and add them at the end.

This is better served with a side of steamed rice.
