👆 this was our lunch today! I used to think it is complicated to cook salmon fillet but let me tell you it only takes 15 minutes!
And the good thing about it is that you can have as many side dishes as you want with it. Here, I made some potato puree and sauteed fresh asparagus.
What’s the easiest thing you’ve ever cooked?
◇ 1kg of cut salmon fillet.
◇ In a pan, place the salmon fillets side by side and sprinkle over each slice salt (not a lot) and pepper (you can be generous).
◇ Preheat your oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes then place the pan in the oven at same temperature for 12 to 15 mins. Remove it and bon appetit 😊
As for the Asparagus
◇ 1 pack of Asparagus.
◇ 2 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil.
◇ Freshly ground black pepper.
◇ Heat a grill pan over high heat.
Toss the asparagus lightly in the olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper. ◇ Grill while you turn them occasionally, until tender. They may need 5 minutes.
